Chapel service

So chapel was AMAZING! I love having times of corporate worship! This morning was a time of recognition that we are God's. The thought that hit me today, and left me in awestruck wonder, was after Eric had finished reading out of Revelation, was the fact that right now the angels and serephs are up in heaven singing to him that sits upon the throne. They are singing Holy Holy Holy at the beginning, which most people don't know even what that implies. In Greek(or Hebrew, I can't remember) to get emphasis on something, you repeat it. The next part is that when saying the word Holy, one may, in Greek, repeat it three times, and the third time is only repeated to those that are most Holy. When repeated twice, it is showing someone that they are holy, but when said three times, it signifies that the person is the most Holy thing in the World. That is why they sing it three times, to signify that the Lord is most Holy among us all. The main thought that hit me was that when I get to heaven, that I will be singing that exact song that we sung today, yet I will sing it for all eternity. This feeling of purpose and wonder just rushed into my body, knowing that I have a purpose in life to worship He who created me!!! It was this feeling of knowing where I am, and who i'm from. The Lord is like no one else! and I love Him for it!
